healthline ने इस के बुरे प्रभावों के बारे मे जानने के लिए एक अभियान चलाया और वो भी 10 दिनो का | और उसमे पाया गया की जिन  लोगो ने break लिया उनमे नकारात्मक्ता कम हुई और खुसी का अहसास बढ़ा | और लोगो से घुल मिलने की परवर्ती भी बढ़ी |

आप उस समय लोगो से जुड़े और उनसे बाते करने की कोशिश करे |
